Information about the process

The SAMIX® factory customer service creates a collection order and, if necessary, provides the appropriate transport packaging.

After receipt of the device, the repair analysis is carried out by our service technicians.
If the repair is carried out within 24 months of the date of purchase and the manufacturer's warranty is observed, you will not incur any costs. Proof of the purchase date is your purchase receipt/commercial invoice, a copy of which must be enclosed with the order. For paid repairs, you will first receive a repair offer. The repair will only be carried out after your approval and the device will then be returned. Rental devices of all sizes are available and can be requested from us using the service form.
